Final sales and your rights
All sales are final. No returns or cancellations after an order has been placed and payment received, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights or required refunds for unshipped orders.
An inquiry is not an order
Adding material to My quote or sending a form requests information. It does not place an order, take payment, reserve stock, or lock a price. We confirm availability, material details, shipping, and applicable tax before payment.
$100 minimum order
The minimum applies to the total material order for either path. Selected items may be combined toward it. Shipping and applicable tax are additional.
Delayed or unavailable orders
If we cannot ship within the agreed period, we will provide the delay notice and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Final-sale terms do not override these rights.
In-stock pieces
Sold as the complete listed piece, without cutting smaller yardage. Final piece size and availability are confirmed with the quote. Stock normally ships within 72 hours after payment is received; the dispatch window is confirmed in your quote, or pickup is arranged in Orange County, California.
Special-order fabric
Sold by the yard in whole-yard quantities and shipped directly from the supplier. Typical dispatch is within 72 hours; backordered material ships when back in stock. Shipping time is separate from delivery time.
